Stronghouse is looking for a leader to recruit and develop high-performing sales professionals in the Town of Florida, New York. This role involves owning the full cycle of recruiting and ensuring new sales representatives are effectively onboarded and trained.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proven success in developing sales talent. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
