Senior Director, Federal Affairs & Policy Strategy

NRG Energy seeks a Senior Director, Federal Affairs to lead the federal government affairs strategy and translate policy developments into actionable advocacy plans.
The role partners with Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Commercial teams to align priorities, engage with Congress and federal agencies, shape policy positions, assess risks, and drive outcomes that support enterprise growth. This senior leader will also build coalitions and represent the company in hearings and briefings.
