RevOps Director — Scale Revenue & GTM Excellence

Findigs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across GTM systems, data, and processes. You will lead a small team and partner with the CRO, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales to scale revenue for SMB to enterprise clients.
You will design data-driven strategies for pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional workflow improvements, while embracing AI to enhance RevOps and revenue lifecycle.
