Job Description
In partnership with Account Manager/Sales and/or working directly with clients, develops ongoing customer relationships
Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training, reporting, and providing solutions to customer problems
Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
May provide support to higher level Account Managers
Actively create sales opportunities
Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries
High school diploma; some college preferred
0-2 years related experience
Strong customer service orientation
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal communication
Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, Remote
