Quantum Vision is seeking an Entry Level Proposal Writer to produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition. You will participate in review meetings, content sign-off, and document production, working under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
Key responsibilities include leading responses to SLED/Federal Government RFPS, coordinating with SMEs, and delivering high-quality proposal content while maintaining templates and a knowledge base.
