Customer Marketing Manager

PubNub, a real-time data platform powering chat and live updates, is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own programs that help customers adopt more of our platform, realize greater value, and expand usage. You’ll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer health, expansion, and churn prevention, working closely with Customer Success and Account Managers.
Success means improving retention, creating expansion opportunities, and turning usage data into timely campaigns.
