Help Bring LIVEY to Madison
LIVEY is a video-first dating app created to challenge everything people dislike about modern dating apps.
No spending weeks messaging someone before finding out there is no chemistry.
No treating dating like scrolling through a catalog.
LIVEY connects people through short, live video speed dates so they can talk face-to-face before deciding whether to match.
Our goal is simple:
The University of Wisconsin–Madison will be one of the first college campuses where LIVEY builds a dedicated launch strategy.
We are looking for 2–3 Campus Marketing Managers who want real ownership over how that launch happens.
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
THIS IS NOT A ROLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
You will not receive a weekly list telling you exactly where to stand, what to post, what to say, and what to do.
We are looking for people who think:
What could work?
Who should we talk to?
What would students actually care about?
How do we make this feel exciting instead of corporate?
How do we get hundreds of students to join at the same time?
How do we build momentum across a campus as large and social as Wisconsin?
You will have the freedom to develop your own campus growth strategy with direct guidance from LIVEY’s founder.
You will be encouraged to experiment, move quickly, and take ownership.
This role is not about following a marketing plan someone else wrote.
It is about helping write the plan.
Good ideas will not sit in a queue for three months. If you develop a strong concept, we may be testing it within days.
What You Could Build
Potential campaigns may include:
Greek life competitions
Residence hall challenges
Student organization partnerships
Campus creator campaigns
TikTok and Instagram content
Launch events
Referral competitions
Tables or booths at campus activities
Flyers, QR codes, posters, and branded merchandise

Promotions tied to major campus events
Collaboration with student leaders
Outreach to professors, entrepreneurship programs, marketing classes, and student consulting groups
Classroom projects using LIVEY as a real startup case study
Product feedback sessions with students
Campaigns focused on specific communities or student groups
Completely new ideas that fit Madison better than anything we could design remotely
What You Will Learn
You will gain practical experience in:
Startup growth
Campus marketing
User acquisition
Community building
Creator marketing
Brand positioning
Campaign testing
Performance measurement
Product feedback
Communicating directly with a startup founder
Building campaigns with limited resources
LIVEY is an AI-first company.
We use AI to challenge ideas, develop strategies, improve messaging, analyze campaign performance, and work faster.
You will learn how AI can support real marketing decisions while still relying on human creativity, judgment, relationships, and execution.
Who We Are Looking For
We want students who are:
Creative
Socially aware
Passionate about marketing, entrepreneurship, startups, or technology
Comfortable meeting new people
Willing to take ownership
Able to move from idea to action
Connected to campus life
Interested in changing how people date
Excited by uncertainty rather than intimidated by it
Comfortable testing ideas that may not always work
You do not need years of experience.
You do need energy, initiative, judgment, creativity, and a real interest in what LIVEY is building.
Compensation and Benefits
The role includes:
A small stipend
Commission based on verified users
Bonuses for successful events and campaigns
LIVEY Premium for life
Direct mentorship from LIVEY’s founder
A professional reference
Résumé and portfolio experience based on real campaigns and measurable results
Priority consideration for future paid roles
The opportunity to help shape LIVEY’s broader campus and national growth strategy
LIVEY will cover approved costs for campaigns, promotional materials, event expenses, merchandise, printing, and other launch needs.
The strongest Campus Marketing Managers may be considered for expanded leadership opportunities as LIVEY enters additional schools.
The strategy created in Madison may become part of how LIVEY launches nationally.
Why LIVEY Exists
Modern dating apps have made it easier to see more people but harder to genuinely meet them.
LIVEY exists because we believe human connection should not begin with an endless swipe.
It should begin with a conversation.
If you want to help build a company that puts real interaction back at the center of dating, this is your opportunity to be involved at the beginning.
