Top Requirements
4+ years of Project Management experience supporting large-scale projects or campaigns
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner (or comparable project management platform)
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to enhance project management processes

Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management while supporting Public Affairs and Brand Marketing initiatives. The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
The role serves as the operational hub for campaign execution by managing timelines, resources, approvals, communications, asset governance, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational requirements.
This position is best suited for a project manager with strong experience in campaign-based marketing environments rather than traditional product-focused project management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing project execution
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and campaign calendars
Coordinate activities across:

Strategy Teams
Creative Teams
Execution Teams
Deployment Teams

Manage campaign schedules and asset trackers
Utilize Microsoft Planner to:

Assign resources
Monitor workloads
Prioritize deliverables
Optimize team capacity

Facilitate communication between:

Marketing Teams
Public Affairs Teams
Agencies
Vendors
Business Stakeholders

Coordinate leadership reviews and approval processes
Support launch readiness and milestone governance activities
Manage digital asset governance and storage within DAM tools
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks
Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to leadership
Monitor project health and deliver status reporting
Build relationships with agencies, vendors, researchers, and external partners
Support continuous improvement of project workflows and operational processes
