Optical Store Manager: Talent & Service Lead

Now Optics is seeking a Store Manager to lead talent acquisition and development for our Sherman, TX locations. You will partner with Clinical services and HR to drive staffing, training, and performance metrics in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in retail, a healthcare customer-service mindset, and is comfortable with MS Word/Google Docs and basic lab operations. ABO/NCLE certification is preferred and may be earned within a year.
