Lead/Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Keyfactor is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to champion the voice of the customer and build a thriving customer community.
You will map the customer journey from purchase to adoption, identify opportunities for value, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive engagement and success. You will work with technical SMEs to create compelling content, lead customer communications and events, and leverage a network of champions for testimonials and case studies.
