Social Media Specialist

MMP Capital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to execute impactful social media initiatives that drive inbound leads and contribute to business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance brand presence while developing expertise in performance marketing and content strategy within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Branding to elevate brand awareness and engagement

Plan, create, and publish compelling content for MMP Capital and its subsidiary brands to support marketing objectives

Support initiatives aimed at strengthening brand identity, positioning, and consistency across all channels

Develop and implement campaigns focused on lead generation, optimizing content funnels to increase traffic, inquiries, and conversions

Analyze platform performance metrics with the DMB, including engagement, CTR, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

Write engaging, keyword-rich captions and content that align with brand voice and drive discoverability and engagement

Collaborate with creative teams on visual content, including short-form videos, static posts, and transitions, ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of social media experience in an agency or in-house setting with a proven track record of contributing to lead generation or revenue growth

Strong understanding of Meta and LinkedIn analytics tools and metrics

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions, messaging, and calls-to-action

Experience working closely with designers or creative teams to develop engaging visual content

Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights for optimization

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with paid social advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn platforms

Knowledge of SEO strategies and hashtag optimization techniques

Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms

Interest in both creative content development and performance marketing

Willingness to travel for events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
