We're looking for a Marketing, Communications & Engagement Officer to lead our communications, marketing, brand and community engagement efforts.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to support organizational priorities, enhance the customer experience, build and strengthen meaningful relationships with customers, business partners, and the communities we serve. You’ll play a key role to ensure consistent communication across a variety of channels and coordinating meaningful initiatives.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that support business goals.

Partner with leadership to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Manage the annual marketing plan and budget.

Drive Digital Marketing Efforts

Manage website strategy and content.

Lead social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results.

Build Relationships & Community Connections

Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and community initiatives.

Represent the organization at networking, industry, and community events.

Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, community leaders, and internal teams.

Lead Marketing & Communications Initiatives

Create and oversee marketing and communication materials, including:

Advertising campaigns

Brochures and newsletters

Press releases

Annual reports

Video and audio content

Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and business lines.

Support internal and external communication efforts that inform, engage, and connect key audiences.

Support Community Impact

Lead corporate giving, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer programs.

Coordinate outreach and recognition initiatives that strengthen our community presence.

What We're Looking For
Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or brand management.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, website management, and analytics.

Financial services or banking experience is a plus.
