Director OF Resource Development

Managing a dedicated portfolio of donors, the full-time Director of Global Development will develop high-stakes communications, ensure fundraisers are equipped with necessary resources, and contribute to securing financial resources to advance the organization's mission while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Manage relationships with a portfolio of funders, cultivating partnerships and developing tailored engagement strategies
Produce high-quality written communications, including grant proposals and donor reports, to inspire support for the organization
Oversee Global Development's data management strategy and optimize operational systems to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising and donor management
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
Proven ability to interpret data and identify trends for strategic decision-making
Commitment to the organization's core purpose and values, with sound judgment in managing confidential relationships
