To maintain and optimize the flagship resource Globalpedia, the remote Global HR Content Writer will manage content lifecycle, ensure factual accuracy, and implement AI search optimization strategies for global employment guides.
Key responsibilities

Own the rolling 6-month refresh cycle for all country pages, ensuring up-to-date content
Research and update specific country data, including labor laws and tax regulations
Structure content for AI optimization to enhance visibility in search engines

Required qualifications

3+ years of professional writing experience in managing large-scale knowledge bases or technical documentation
Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO
Extreme attention to detail in differentiating statutory requirements from local practices
Prior experience in Global HR or international employment law is highly preferred
