Qualifications
Master's degree required. Experience
5-8 years of marketing experience.
Managerial experience preferred.
Marketing strategy and campaign management.
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with marketing and business software.
Experience with a variety of print and digital marketing and communication channels.
Experience with graphic design tools and social media management platforms.
Experience communicating public health messages to young adult audiences on topics such as substance use, sexual health, mental health, and interpersonal violence prevention.
Demonstrated familiarity with health communication best practices.
Excellent organization and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams and across functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead by setting priorities, supporting goals, and working effectively with others with a range of backgrounds and identities.
