Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 to 5, with some occasional nights and weekends hours. This is also a hybrid remote/in office position.

Position Introduction:
The OU Enrollment Management Communications and Marketing (EMCOMM) team supports enrollment, recruitment, and student success by creating and coordinating marketing and communications for the Division of Enrollment Management. Based in Norman and working statewide, nationally, and globally, we send communication and marketing materials to students, supporters, and stakeholders throughout the application, decision, orientation, enrollment, and graduation process. Scope of Position/Essential Duties:

This position will assist in communication campaigns across email and websites for the Division of Enrollment Management. This position will be responsible for promoting OU-Tulsa academic programs to prospective students (U.S. and International students), parents and supporters, and high school counselors; and effectively communicating post-admission action items to admitted students.

This position assists with the development of printed and electronic marketing-oriented communications, ensures quality, and makes recommendations to provide strategic and effective marketing communications to targeted students.

Build, execute, and manage email and SMS communication for prospective students, families, high school counselors, and community colleges

Build, execute, and manage recruitment event communication and registration

Assist communications team in developing, implementing, and maintaining communication objectives

Use CRM filters to build queries to communicate with specific populations

Use design elements from the email builder, Adobe Express, and CMS to create effective communication pieces

Create recruitment content, including editing, designing, writing, and proofing emails, websites, brochures, newsletters, and other publications

Work with campus programs and academic colleges to create and send emails

Measure and report on the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns

Assists with design, layout, and written content for electronic, print, multi-media communications and graphic design projects

Manages web site content, makes edits, and updates. Discusses changes with supervisor

Monitors progress of projects

Assists with email marketing management

Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

None.

Equivalency/Substitution:
Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
