Coaching and supporting Alumni Coordinators, the remote Alumni Mission Manager will lead Communities of Mission across the country while managing a local CoM, providing clarity and structured support to foster community and missionary discipleship.
Key responsibilities
Mentor and equip Alumni Coordinators to effectively lead their Communities of Mission
Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure consistency and vitality within each CoM
Engage in personal fundraising efforts to support mission activities, aiming to raise $5,000-$7,500 monthly
Required qualifications
Experience in coaching and relational leadership
Strong background in community building and missionary work
Ability to operate with autonomy while adhering to clear frameworks
Proven fundraising experience or willingness to engage in fundraising efforts
Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of the organization
