We're seeking a detail-oriented

Associate Program Scheduler

to support complex production and engineering programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in

project scheduling, earned value management (EVM), program controls, and Microsoft Project

who want to grow their career while working alongside cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update

Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

using Microsoft Project.
Coordinate scheduling activities across engineering, production, operations, finance, and program management teams.
Perform

critical path analysis , schedule forecasting, and risk identification.
Support

Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

activities and schedule performance reporting.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource planning to ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and stakeholders to provide schedule updates and performance insights.
Maintain schedule documentation and support compliance with program management standards and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in

project scheduling, program controls, production planning, or EVMS environments .
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Project management, scheduling, or EVM certifications are a plus.
