Lead Customer Marketing Manager

Silversmith Capital Partners seeks a Customer Marketing and Analyst Relations Manager to tell our story to customers and leading industry analysts. You will design campaigns that boost product adoption and advocacy, and manage our customer reference program.
You will also own the analyst relations agenda, coordinating briefings, evaluations, and ongoing engagement with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other tier-1 firms, while translating insights into product and GTM improvements.
