Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team as we enter the next stage of hypergrowth. You will report to the Head of Business Development and help shape our outreach, processes, and culture.
You will own the BDR strategy, coach reps, forecast quotas, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate pipeline generation and drive sustained revenue growth for the company.
