Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Carlisle - Ivy Signature Living, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, events, inquiries, tours, and assisting with resident move-ins as needed.
Responsibilities include representing the property to referral sources, walking the daily tour route, giving tours as a backup, managing inquiries and database entries, qualifying prospects, and coordinating marketing events within budget.
