Job Summary
Lead the evolution of rare disease marketing by driving strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth for a high-impact specialty brand. As the US Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager for COAGADEX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, strengthening market presence, and delivering consistent, profitable performance. This role integrates strategic brand leadership with a strong digital marketing lens, enabling data-driven decision‑making and impactful omnichannel execution.

You will work cross‑functionally to refine positioning, expand market reach, and ensure cohesive, compliant execution across all touchpoints within a fast‑paced and highly regulated environment.

This position is ideally based in our Fort Lee, NJ corporate office with a hybrid work model; however, alternative geographic locations may be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Sr. Director, Global & US Marketing to develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and long‑term growth plans

Support P&L management, including forecasting, monitoring gross
et sales, and ensuring financial targets are achieved

Analyze market, customer, and performance data, including digital engagement metrics, to inform decision‑making, optimize tactics, and adjust strategy with urgency

Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategy, build engagement, and enhance field effectiveness through tools, insights, and training

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans across HCP, patient, and hospital segments, with strong omnichannel and digital activation

Manage the full marketing mix, including pricing, channel strategy, lifecycle management, and product differentiation

Design and implement promotional campaigns across both traditional and digital channels, including non‑personal promotion, social, search, and email, with clear KPIs and performance tracking

Drive digital marketing strategy by leveraging marketing automation, CRM integration, SEO targeting, segmentation, and personalization to scale customer engagement

Conduct market, customer, and competitive research, incorporating digital analytics and behavioral insights to identify opportunities and gaps

Oversee brand budget planning and monthly financial reviews, ensuring strong ROI and optimal allocation across digital and traditional channels

Lead creative campaign development, messaging strategy, and execution of promotional assets across digital platforms and offline channels

Partner cross‑functionally with medical, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams to ensure aligned, compliant execution

Support KOL engagement and advocacy initiatives, including virtual and digital engagement strategies, in collaboration with Medical Affairs

Manage agency relationships, including digital, media, and creative partners, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality, data‑driven marketing assets

Lead or support participation in medical conferences, trade events, and brand‑building activities, including digital amplification and virtual engagement strategies

Present brand performance updates, digital insights, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities for optimization and growth

Ensure all marketing activities, including digital programs, comply with regulatory and company guidelines

Qualifications & Need‑to‑Know

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred

Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in specialty or rare disease markets

Strong strategic planning capabilities with experience in brand management or commercial roles

Solid financial acumen with experience in forecasting, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making

Experience working within U.S. pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environments

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across sales, medical, regulatory, and finance teams

Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and multichannel strategies

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Willingness to travel domestically, with occasional weekend and potential international travel
