Senior Manager of SEO & AEO

Seeking a strategic Senior Manager of SEO & AEO, this full-time remote position will manage the global organic discoverability strategy for a corporate B2B website, focusing on traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and AI Optimization to enhance online visibility and drive e-commerce revenue.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy encompassing Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and AEO/AIO
Establish best practices for AI Optimization to ensure accurate representation of the brand and products by generative AI engines
Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic, reporting insights and trends to executive teams to drive strategic decisions

Required qualifications:

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years focused on enterprise-level SEO and organic growth strategy
Proven experience in scaling organic traffic within a complex B2B enterprise software environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to C-level executives
Advanced expertise with enterprise SEO tools and technical crawling tools
Strong understanding of web technologies and their impact on search engine optimization
