Remote Junior Creative Strategist — Mentorship & Growth

Growthub Agency in the US is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to join our remote, pod-based team. You’ll research audiences, draft scripts and briefs, and learn the system we use to turn raw insights into scroll-stopping ads.
You’ll work directly under your Pod Lead or Senior Creative Strategist, who will train you across our full methodology—from root-cause problem analysis to building buyer personas and mapping awareness, with the aim of owning client work end-to-end.
