This is a full-time role, and the work setup will be hybrid. Please note, we are currently considering candidates based in Los Angeles.

Your Background & Expertise: An established Mid-weight Strategist ready to step into their first senior role, with strong critical thinking and a talent for shaping complex information into clear, persuasive narratives
Naturally organized and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and keep a fast-paced account aligned and on track
Curious and culturally engaged, with an interest in retail strategy and consumer behavior (or real enthusiasm to build that expertise)
What You\'ll Be Doing: Bring intellectual rigour to the work — stress-testing briefs, challenging assumptions, and sharpening ideas
Deliver constructive, critical feedback that elevates the team\'s thinking and output
Translate complex, multi-source input into clear frameworks and well-argued strategic narratives
Maintain a consistent strategic thread across the account, ensuring every deliverable connects to the bigger picture
Build fluency in retail strategy, audience insight, and commercial context specific to the brand
Champion the consumer and cultural perspective, surfacing trends and inspiration that keep thinking fresh
Partner closely with Design, Account, and Strategy teams to embed strategic thinking throughout the process
Mentor and guide junior and mid-weight teammates with clear, constructive direction
Serve as the central point of coordination for the retainer — tracking deliverables, deadlines, and moving parts
Triage and sequence incoming work that arrives at unpredictable times, keeping the team informed on priorities
Proactively flag risks and bottlenecks to Directors and Project Managers before they become issues
