IG North America is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own the strategy behind how traders find tastytrade.com, including AI-driven search and ASO for the app. You will set KPIs, lead the organic team, and translate performance into real traffic, rankings and pipeline.
You will partner with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering to ship improvements with compliance in mind. You will guide a cross-functional team, build dashboards, and report to marketing leadership on a regular cadence.
