Real Estate Photographer/Videographer Apply for Real Estate Photographer/Videographer at Perfect Real Estate Visuals in FL, US. This full-time onsite position offers great opportunities for career growth.
Perfect Real Estate Visuals LLC is a full-service real estate photography and videography company providing premium listing media including aerial drone photography, cinematic video walkthroughs, and 3D virtual tours.
Compensation Paid per job, with weekly payouts. Most photographers earn $1500 to over $2000 per week. 1099 independent contractor position.
Requirements Real estate photography experience strongly preferred.
Must have your own professional equipment, including: Wide-angle lens (minimum 16mm on full-frame or 10mm on crop sensor)
Gimbal for video footage (for DSLR/mirrorless camera or newer iPhone/Galaxy)
FAA Part 107 certification required for drone work

Experience with Matterport and/or Zillow 3D tours is a plus.
No editing required – only shooting and uploading.
Responsibilities Arrive on time and professionally represent the company on-site.
Dress in company-branded attire provided by Perfect Real Estate Visuals.
Complete each shoot thoroughly, covering all required services and property areas.
Treat clients and agents with courtesy, patience, and respect.
Communicate promptly with the admin team regarding scheduling updates, delays, or issues.
Upload all footage and scans by the end of the day so editors can meet the 24-hour turnaround commitment.
Maintain reliable personal transportation.
Coordinate availability with the scheduling team to ensure proper booking.
