1st Shift Schedule: MondayThursday | 5:00 AM

3:00 PM Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities

Follow batch tickets and mixing instructions accurately
Operate and monitor mixer equipment and control systems
Complete required paperwork and production reports
Meet daily production schedules
Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area
Handle materials safely, including drums and supersacks
Communicate issues to supervisors and follow safety procedures
Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Ability to read and follow written production instructions
Basic math and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be medically cleared to wear respiratory protection/adequate safety equipment
Ability to climb stairs repeatedly during 810 hour shifts
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Prior production or mixing experience preferred
Comfortable working around chemicals and in a dirty or industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to work in environments with dust, odors, and varying temperatures
