Campaign Director

For Our Future Action Fund seeks an Organizing Director to lead statewide organizing across Michigan, managing staff and programs and partnering with state leadership to implement campaign plans focused on economic fairness, education, and racial justice.
The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to coach regional directors while maintaining a results‑driven, equity‑centered culture; travel up to 75% of the time is expected.
