Footwear Materials Lead: Innovate with Top Partners

Arc’teryx seeks a Footwear Materials Manager to lead our Materials Development team in Portland and globally. You will manage relationships with Tier 2 partners and collaborate with designers, developers and engineers to drive upper materials strategy and influence foams and rubbers.
You will report to the Footwear leadership and help steer the seasonal product creation process, ensuring material choices align with the long‑term product and business priorities.
