Social Media & Influencer Intern

We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy intern to join our marketing team and help build TLJ's influencer presence across Southern California and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content

and is ideal for a student passionate about digital marketing, creator culture, and food & lifestyle brands.
Research, source, and analyze influencer profiles for potential TLJ partnerships

spanning local SoCal creators and out-of-state markets
Execute cold outreach to influencers and content creators, building and maintaining a structured, tracked partnership list
Manage TLJ's VIP relationship list, nurturing ongoing connections with loyal fans, brand advocates, and key community members
Contribute to the development of the content calendar

including content structure, post formats, and creative ideation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Track influencer campaign performance and compile regular reporting with actionable insights
Assist and collaborate with the TLJ Marketing team to ideate, create, edit, and publish engaging short form content
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms' trends and data-driven marketing strategies
Excellent written communication skills

you will be drafting outreach and managing relationships
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contacts and timelines simultaneously
Genuine enthusiasm for food, lifestyle, and aesthetic-forward brands
Prior experience managing social accounts, creator outreach, or brand partnerships, or agency internship is a plus
