Digital Marketing Coordinator

Insomnia Cookies, LLC · New York, NY, USA ·

Pay:
$60,000-$75,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you're the person who makes sure our digital presence is

always accurate, on-brand, and set up to convert. From keeping the website and app updated

with the right products, pricing, and promotions, to managing digital menu boards across 350+

locations and maintaining our coupon and offer infrastructure, this role sits at the intersection of

digital operations and customer experience.

You'll report into the Director, Digital Marketing and work closely across the Brand and Integrated

Marketing team, the Project Manager, and our internal creative team. This is a great entry point

for someone who's curious about how digital platforms actually work under the hood, loves

being the person who knows how things connect, and wants to grow into a broader digital

marketing career at a brand people are genuinely obsessed with.

We're looking for someone organized, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed, who can juggle

multiple campaigns and product launches without dropping a single coupon code.

Key Responsibilities:
Web and Digital Asset Management
Own day-to-day management of web and app content, including new product additions, pricing updates, promotional changes, and store information across all digital touchpoints
Maintain and update digital menu boards across all retail locations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign and product launch timing
Serve as the internal content liaison between the marketing team and the creative team, managing the intake, trafficking, and deployment of digital assets

Digital Content Calendar
Maintain the digital content calendar, planning and executing campaign updates across the website, app, and menu boards in sync with the broader integrated marketing calendar
Coordinate with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure digital asset deadlines are built into campaign timelines and met consistently
Keep all digital content current and accurate, flagging conflicts or gaps in the calendar before they become launch-day problems

Promotions, Coupons, and Offers
Own coupon code creation, setup, maintenance, and reporting across all digital platforms
Ensure promotional offers are configured correctly in back-end systems and displaying accurately on front-end customer-facing platforms
Track offer performance and flag anomalies or redemption issues quickly
Own FDA set-up and oyalty system needs

Campaign Support and Analysis
Assist with campaign analysis and reporting, pulling data to help the Digital Marketing team understand what's working and where there's room to optimize
Support conversion optimization efforts by identifying friction points in the digital customer journey across the website, app, and delivery platforms
Participate in digital marketing strategy sessions and bring a curious, ground-level perspective on how customers actually experience Insomnia online and in-store

Platform Subject Matter Expertise
Become the team's go-to expert on how our site merchandising, coupon infrastructure, pricing setup, and back-end admin systems connect to the front-end customer experience
Troubleshoot platform issues quickly and elevate to the right technical or vendor partners when needed
Document processes, workflows, and platform knowledge so the team isn't dependent on any one person for day-to-day digital operations

Qualifications & Experience
Recent college graduate or up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, content management, or a related field
Hands-on experience with content management systems, site merchandising tools, or digital operations platforms, either in a professional or academic setting
Strong computer literacy and a genuine curiosity for how digital platforms work end to end
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and product launches simultaneously without losing accuracy or urgency
Strong communication skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently, even when priorities shift
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while also slowing down to analyze data and contribute to strategy conversations
A troubleshooter by nature, you'd rather figure out why something broke and fix the root cause than patch it and move on

Would Be Amazing If You Have:
Retail marketing background with an emphasis on driving online revenue and conversion
Hospitality, food and beverage, or gifting experience, whether on a marketing team or as a front-line employee
Familiarity with delivery platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub from a content or operations perspective
Genuine curiosity about how the Insomnia customer experiences the brand across web, app, retail store, and food delivery, and a desire to make every one of those touchpoints better
A serious sweet tooth and an appreciation for the world's best warm cookies

SWEET POSITION PERKS:
A front-row seat to how a cult consumer brand operates its full digital ecosystem, with real ownership from day one
Direct exposure to brand, digital, and campaign strategy at a fast-growing company
Competitive salary and benefits
A fun, entrepreneurial, and cookie-filled culture
Free cookies
