Field Marketing Team Lead — Outdoor Canvassing & Growth

System Pavers is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Team Lead to supervise a team of Field Marketing Associates responsible for generating sales appointments for the System Pavers sales team. You’ll help recruit, train, and develop the group to perform at peak levels.
You’ll coach 2–5 staff in the field, ensure daily and monthly appointment goals are met, and manage shows and events on weekends, while maintaining a professional, high‑energy culture.
