Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join a leading healthcare organization undergoing continued digital transformation and data modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing reporting, analytics, and data solutions that enable business and operational leaders to make informed decisions through meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on business and stakeholder requirements.
Gather, cleanse, transform, validate, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Convert complex data into actionable insights through visualizations, presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable reporting solutions.
Design, implement, and support data warehousing and data modeling initiatives.
Develop and optimize data integrations and transformations between operational systems, vendor applications, and enterprise data warehouses.
Create advanced queries, filters, and reporting logic to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Administer and support reporting platforms, including user access, authorization, authentication, and security controls.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and functional requirements.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across all reporting and analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data reporting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience working directly with business intelligence or reporting technologies.
Strong experience designing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Experience with data transformation, data integration, and data quality management.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong SQL and querying skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience within a healthcare provider or healthcare services environment.
Experience supporting clinical, operational, or financial reporting initiatives.
Experience with enterprise reporting and business intelligence platforms.
