Reliability Specialist: RCA & CI Lead for Automated Systems

TXM INC is seeking a Reliability Specialist for a site in Joliet, IL. You will lead root-cause analysis and CI initiatives, performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated storage and retrieval systems while collaborating with site management to improve overall equipment reliability.
You will manage small teams on improvement projects, document breakdowns in a CMMS, and provide proactive support to on-site customers’ installed systems.
