client is seeking an

Account Executive / Producer!
What You'll Do:

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and prospective clients.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting, following up on leads, and closing new business.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.
Partner with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay up to date on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:

Active Florida

2-20 Property & Casualty

or

20-44 Personal Lines

insurance license.
Previous insurance sales or producer experience preferred.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
Proven ability to generate new business and meet production goals.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with

EZLynx

or a similar Agency Management System is a plus.
Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
