To establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled workflows, the contract Content Analyst will develop communication strategies, create prompt engineering libraries, and partner cross-functionally to streamline processes, working remotely with flexible hours from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
Spearhead AI communications strategy using Copilot AI Agents and emerging tools
Establish governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows
Identify automation opportunities and support integration of MarTech capabilities to enhance customer communications
Required qualifications
Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering
Proven ability to develop training materials and playbooks
Familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe integration
Strong understanding of communication strategies in a business context
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
