We are currently hiring a

Part-Time Associate Photographer

based in Waikoloa to capture stunning portraits at luaus, beaches, and resorts on the west coast of the Big Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants steady work, creative flexibility, and opportunities to grow.
What You Will Do

Take, edit, print, and sell beautiful luau portraits 2-5 nights/week, depending on which luau you are assigned to or if we need coverage. (Shifts are usually 3:30 PM-8:30 PM).
Create fun and memorable guest experiences at local events.
Pick up beach portraits sessions & resort mini-sessions
Creative Photography & Editing

Use your eye for detail and emotion to produce magazine-worthy images.
Edit in

Adobe Lightroom Classic

to meet our high visual standards.

Client Interaction

Guide families, couples, and guests to look and feel their best.
Provide a warm and professional customer experience.

Equipment & File Management

Maintain gear and ensure photo files are offloaded and organized promptly.

Photography experience (portrait, event, or lifestyle preferred).
Strong

editing skills

in Adobe Lightroom Classic.
Great

people skills

– friendly, clear communicator, and confident with clients of all ages.
Ability to

work outdoors

in sun, wind, and varied beach conditions.
Reliable

transportation

to Kona-area beaches and resorts.
Organized and dependable with solid

time management

skills.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs (camera gear, print setups, etc.).

Base Pay: $18-$20/hr

(based on experience)
Commissions, tips, and bonuses - Earn $25K-$45K per year in this part-time role!
Flexible Schedule:

15-30 hours/week including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Based on the

Big Island (within a reasonable commute from Waikoloa & Kona) .
Must have

reliable transportation .
Must be

legally authorized to work in the U.S.
