2nd Shift Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 16.85 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 10:30pm)
Operate production equipment and follow work instructions to meet production goals.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the manufacturing process.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety guidelines.
2nd Shift Production Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
