We are hiring for a Digital Talent Solutions Consultant – Internal Mobility & Talent Marketplace

In this role, the

Digital Talent Solutions Consultant

is a hands‑on systems for the implementation, optimization, and scaling of the organization’s

internal talent marketplace and internal mobility capabilities .

This role serves as both a

systems strategist and project coordinator , operating as an individual contributor accountable for the successful rollout and adoption of an internal talent marketplace. The role partners closely with Talent COEs, People Technology, Learning and enterprise integration teams to translate internal mobility strategy into

real, usable platform capabilities .

Only candidates with

proven experience

implementing

enterprise-wide internal mobility platforms, skills ‑ based talent marketplaces, or opportunity marketplaces

will be strongly considered.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
Internal Mobility Strategy & Platform Architecture

Assess current ‑ state mobility processes, systems, and data ; help co-design future‑state internal talent ecosystem capabilities

Work with HR Tech to translate business and Talent COEs needs into

technical requirements

Serve as a

trusted advisor

on

skills ‑ based talent, opportunity marketplaces, and AI ‑ enabled matching

Help design and implement higher adoption strategies

Implementation & Delivery Leadership

Advise on and help project manage

integration and configuration decision implications, testing strategy, data mapping, cutover planning, and deployment

Work directly in the

core platform , not just oversight—this role is hands‑on and delivery‑oriented

Ensure platform stability, scalability, and

readiness for global use

Help review and

establish a process

to manage quality of internal work posted within the marketplace

Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management

Help anticipate where bridges between

Talent COEs, HR Technology, People Analytics, and Integration/Data teams

are needed

Partner with People Tech, HRIS, and enterprise teams for

integrations, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines

Communicate clearly with senior Talent and HR leaders on progress, risks, and outcomes

Help drive alignment across complex, global stakeholder groups

What Success Looks Like

Successful, on‑time delivery of internal talent marketplace implementations or major enhancements

Stable, scalable platform performance with accurate skills and talent data

Measurable business impact (e.g., improved fill rates, reduced time‑to‑fill, stronger talent visibility)

Strong partnership and credibility with Talent, HR, and Technology leaders

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

5-8 years

of hands‑on implementation experience with enterprise Talent technologies

Deep hands ‑ on implementation experience with internal talent marketplaces

Experience working directly in the

core platform , not just advisory or strategy roles

Proven delivery ownership from design through deployment

Proven experience delivering

internal mobility, talent marketplace, or skills ‑ based platforms

Strong delivery leadership with direct involvement in

configuration, testing, integrations, and rollout

Strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

Experience noted above, OR

Contract Details

Position Type:

Short to long term contract (Strong Potential to Convert to Permanent) with a

strong likelihood of conversion to a permanent role

Opportunity to own and shape long‑term

internal mobility and skills strategy

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $55.05 - USD $102.64 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
