Residential Program Supervisor (Direct Support)

The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence is seeking a Residential Supervisor to support Direct Support Professionals in a home-based program serving individuals with developmental disabilities across Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties.
The role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to agency policies. Responsibilities include directing staff, ensuring ADL and behavior training, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with the Residential Manager. Travel to sites as needed is expected.
