About the Role
The Company is seeking a Client Service Group Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales support and administrative staff, driving strategic firm and branch initiatives, and overseeing a range of training and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a professional with a degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, a minimum of 3 years of financial services management experience, and a strong understanding of the wealth management business, sales force, and investment products. The Client Service Group Manager will also be involved in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as partnering with functional groups on process improvement and day-to-day problem-solving.

Applicants for the Client Service Group Manager position at the company should possess a combination of required and preferred qualifications. Required qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within 180 days, and a background in the training field or as a branch administrator in financial services. The role demands excellent project management, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as experience in facilitating training sessions. Preferred qualifications include exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain close working relationships at all levels, and a high level of attention to detail.
