TikTok LIVE Host / Brand Ambassador (On-Camera)

We're hiring an on-camera TikTok LIVE host to become the voice and face of our brand during daily LIVE sessions.
This isn't an "influencer collab." It's a real, in-house spokesperson role — someone who can hold attention, educate, entertain, and sell with integrity while representing what we stand for: strength, performance, longevity, discipline, and real health.
If you're confident, can talk to anyone, explain supplements simply, and keep energy high for hours… this is for you.
What You'll Do

Host TikTok LIVE sessions from our Hialeah warehouse (typically 1–3 hours/session)
Explain products and benefits in a clear, confident, conversational way (with approved talking points)
Engage the chat: answer questions, handle objections, keep momentum, create "can't look away" flow
Drive conversions during LIVE: promos, bundles, featured products, launches
Occasionally record short-form content to support LIVE promos (optional / secondary)
Work with marketing to iterate talking points, offers, and winning LIVE formats
What This Role Is NOT

You won't be editing videos
You won't be managing the TikTok account
You won't be posting on personal channels
You won't be writing long scripts
Your job is simple: show up, go live, perform, and represent the brand like a pro.
The Persona We're Looking For

You naturally embody our customer:
Cares about health, longevity, performance, and discipline
Comfortable talking about routines, training, habits, supplements, and self-improvement
"Trusted coach / big-sibling energy" — confident, not cringe
Style: clean, confident, conversational, educational, entertaining. Think company insider who actually lives the lifestyle.
Strong on-camera presence (TikTok LIVE experience is a HUGE plus)
Clear, fluent spoken English, great pacing, and the ability to think on your feet
High energy and stamina (you can carry a room for hours)
Natural sales instinct without being pushy
Genuine interest in supplements / fitness / longevity (you don\'t need to be a scientist — just real and coachable)
Based in Miami and able to work on-site in Brickell consistently
Reliable, punctual, disciplined — this is a performance role, and consistency matters

$30–$60/hr, based on experience, plus performance bonus potential
