Public Affairs & Community Engagement Specialist

City of Frederick is seeking a Public Information Officer to lead external communications for the Office of Public Affairs and the Frederick Police Department. Under general supervision, you will craft materials and coordinate public information efforts.
You will inform residents, businesses, and community partners, support crisis messaging, manage media inquiries, and produce news releases, social media content, and briefing materials.
