The Role
The Director of Strategy & Corporate Development sits at the center of FF37’s growth and value creation agenda. This role combines enterprise strategy, strategic execution, and corporate development—including evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives and investments, capital structure decisions, and inorganic activity.

This is a hands-on leadership role—not just defining strategy, but driving outcomes across the business.

FF37 is scaling rapidly while building a durable, capital-efficient platform. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and capital allocation, making it one of the highest-leverage positions in shaping the company’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Execution
Lead development and refinement of FF37’s strategic roadmap

Translate priorities into executable initiatives across operations, IT, and the build engine

Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability on critical initiatives

Corporate Development
Identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic growth opportunities

Drive end-to-end deal processes: sourcing, diligence, valuation, structuring, and execution

Support integration of acquired assets or partnerships into FF37’s operating model

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation
Lead high-impact initiatives tied to growth, operational efficiency, and scalability

Solve complex, ambiguous problems across systems, markets, and delivery models

Drive transformation efforts across data, systems, and operating capabilities

Partner & Ecosystem Management
Support leadership in managing key relationships

Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution

Drive issue resolution and strategic alignment with external stakeholders

Capital Strategy & Financial Alignment
Partner with Finance on capital planning, investment prioritization, and funding strategy

Support decisions across equity, debt, and strategic capital allocation

Ensure initiatives and deals meet return and risk thresholds

Executive & Board Support
Develop board-level materials and investment cases

Synthesize complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights

Support executive decision-making on strategic investments and priorities

Experience
7–10+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or top-tier consulting

Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or other capital-intensive industries strongly preferred

Demonstrated track record of execution (M&A and/or strategic initiatives)

Skills & Expertise
Strong financial and valuation skills (modeling, deal structuring, investment cases)

Ability to move from strategy to execution in a fast-scaling environment

Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams

High ownership mentality—comfortable leading from the front

Ownership mindset—drives outcomes, not just analysis

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and at pace

High credibility with senior leaders and external partners

Balances strategic thinking with operational pragmatism

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
