CBM Marketing Solutions is Growing!

CBM Marketing Solutions is an Arizona-based, digital marketing and technology agency built to help businesses scale smarter and faster. We're a fast-growing, innovation-focused company that values client-centricity, integrity, collaboration, adaptation, data-driven decisions, and a holistic approach.

Joining CBM means working with cutting-edge tools, collaborative experts, and growth-minded clients—while building a meaningful career in a remote or hybrid role based in Arizona, with real opportunities to advance as we continue to expand nationwide.

Position Overview

CBM Marketing Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Video Production Assistant to support our Lead Videographer with professional photography, videography, and production services throughout the Verde Valley, Arizona.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, working outdoors, learning new technology, and being part of a collaborative production team. You'll assist on location with commercial photo shoots, destination wedding venues, hospitality clients, construction documentation, tourism experiences, real estate, and business marketing projects.

While this position requires familiarity with professional video production tools and workflows, it is not currently a primary photographer or videographer role. Instead, you'll help prepare equipment, manage production logistics, assist with setup and breakdown, and support efficient, high-quality productions.

As CBM continues to grow, this position offers opportunities to expand into additional production responsibilities and advance within our creative team.

Weekly hours are variable and aligned with scheduled client photo and video productions. Typical availability ranges from 5-20 hours per week. All work is required in-person and completed in Northern Arizona.
