Business Development Manager

Marketing & Business Development Manager based in Houston, TX
This is a great opportunity for a marketing or business development professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and client teams to drive growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
Support attorney and practice group marketing initiatives
Manage client events, sponsorships, seminars, and speaking opportunities
Lead pitches, proposals, and presentation preparation
Coordinate media relations, communications, website, and social content
Support legal directory submissions and attorney rankings
Identify market opportunities and thought leadership initiatives
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required
4-7 years of professional services marketing experience
Legal marketing experience preferred
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background: Energy, petrochemical, or Texas-focused industry experience
Familiarity with the Houston and The Woodlands business markets
Location: Houston, TX (3-4 days in Houston, 1-2 days in The Woodlands office)
