Pay Range: $48- $50/hr on W2

*** STRONG PREFERENCE for on-site in Dallas, TX 5 days/week. Will consider remote from anywhere in U.S. if a strong candidate.
*** Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Draft customer-facing communications across Telecommunication Business and FirstNet - ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
2. Develop best-in-class, industry-leading service communications including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.
3. Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.
4. Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
5. Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
