Product Management Manager

As the Manager, Product Management, the full-time exempt position will manage Matriculate's technology ecosystem, focusing on product strategy, data and AI development, and technology operations, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities

Develop product requirements and oversee the implementation of technology solutions based on stakeholder input
Support the management and enhancement of data and AI solutions, ensuring timely delivery of technology projects
Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder communications to track progress and ensure measurable value from technology investments

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of product management or related experience, particularly with AWS-based solutions
Experience in gathering product requirements and translating user needs into technical solutions
Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
