You will act as the voice of Sleep On Latex across phone, email, and chat, delivering knowledgeable support and building trusted relationships with customers.
This full-time role starts with on-site training Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with periodic on-site meetings and occasional Saturdays.
